📂 Data Collection Mechanism

When users access the website, application, or extension of SOC JSC, the system may automatically collect some technical data such as IP address, cookies, and information that users actively provide (email, registration forms, feedback, surveys, etc.).

This collection aims to analyze behavior, enhance services, and better assist users.

For Web3 and crypto wallet applications:

• SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any sensitive data related to users' digital assets.

• The applications only process necessary technical data (such as blockchain wallet addresses, signed transaction information, blockchain network data) to facilitate wallet connection and operation.

For decentralized applications (dApps):

• SOC JSC does not collect personal data.

• If any data is generated, they will be stored on the user's, company's, or their partner's server, not directly collected or retained by SOC JSC.

For applications with AI integration:

• SOC JSC may collect contact data from users' devices when granted permission. This data may be uploaded to the system at soc.socjsc.com for connection and synchronization features.

• Additionally, some personal information (name, date of birth, gender, related data, etc.) may also be sent to the AI system through SOC JSC's platform or Personality Engine to assist in analysis, personalization, and enhancing service experience. In necessary cases, data may be processed by third-party AI service providers under appropriate security and privacy standards.

📋 Scope of Use

The collected information (except for Web3/dApps as specified above) is used only for purposes:

• Answering queries and assisting users.

• Providing information about updates.

• Improving product content and interface.

• Conducting surveys and researching user behavior.

• Implementing promotional activities.

When necessary, SOC JSC may share information with trusted third parties for the above purposes but will ensure it is not used for illegal purposes.

⏳ Storage Time

• Personal information is stored until the user requests deletion or performs the deletion themselves.

• After a user requests or performs deletion, the data will be put into a waiting state for deletion and will be completely erased from the system within the following 30 days.

• In other cases, data will continue to be secured on SOC JSC's server system.

👤 Access Rights

• Users have the right to request access, edit, or delete their personal data.

• Aside from SOC JSC and lawful third parties, no one else is allowed to access personal information unlawfully.

🗑️ Data Deletion Instructions

• All applications developed by SOC JSC are equipped with a function that allows users to delete their accounts. When deleting an account, all data related to that account will also be deleted from the system.

• The account deletion function is usually found under items like “Account → Delete Account” or “Settings → Delete Account”, users need to log in to access and use this function.

• Additionally, users can send a request to delete their account via email to support@socjsc.com. Note, the email address used must match the registered account to verify and process the request.

• After the account deletion request is made, the account will be placed in a temporary lock state for 30 days. During this time, users can request to restore the account by emailing support@socjsc.com (using the email linked to the account).

• After 30 days, if no restoration request is made, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

🔒 Commitment

• SOC JSC is committed not to rent or sell users' personal information to any third parties.

• Personal information will only be shared in cases:
  • With the user's consent;
  • At the lawful request of a competent authority;
  • Or when necessary to provide services, provided that the third party only uses the data within permissible limits.

• For Web3 applications and dApps: SOC JSC does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data that allows access to digital assets. Users have complete control over their data and digital assets.

• SOC JSC strives to protect data through safety measures, however, it cannot guarantee 100% security when transmitted over the Internet. Additionally, SOC JSC's website or application may contain links to other websites that are not under SOC JSC's control.
  In such cases, SOC JSC is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.

📌 Special Notes for Chrome Extensions

Chrome extensions developed by SOC JSC only require the necessary permissions to perform the main function of each extension. These permissions may include access to the active tab, running processing scripts on the page, downloading files to the device, providing options to manipulate from the right-click menu, or other technical permissions necessary for specific functions.

Unless stated otherwise in the product data transparency table, SOC JSC's Chrome extensions do not collect personal information, do not store browsing history, do not sell user data, and do not transfer user data to third parties.

Some extensions may process web page content or technical data in the user's browser to perform functions that the user voluntarily requests. This processing serves only the extension's function and is not used for advertising, user profiling, behavioral analysis, or unrelated purposes.

Current Chrome extensions from SOC JSC include:

• SOC CopyLink: an extension that allows users to quickly copy any link to the clipboard with a click of a button.

• SOC SnapPDF: an extension that helps users save the currently open webpage as a PDF file. The webpage content is only processed locally in the browser when the user actively exports the PDF.

• SOC Wallet: a Web3 wallet extension that helps users create and manage wallets and interact with supported blockchain networks. SOC Wallet does not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or any data allowing access to users' digital assets. Sensitive wallet data is stored and processed on the user's device under the extension's security mechanism.
