Nguyễn Đức Tính is currently the Director of SOC Joint Stock Company, where he also plays a key role in strategic planning and leading core technology activities. With over two decades of experience in the information technology sector, he has made significant contributions to various projects, organizations, and businesses in Vietnam.

Before leading SOC, Mr. Tính had a rich career journey with many senior management positions. From 2012 to 2013, he served as Deputy Director of Deal Promotion Co., Ltd. and Deputy Director of S.O.C Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for operations, product development, and implementing new technology solutions during a strong growth phase in the e-commerce market.

From 2012 to 2014, he took on the role of Head of Applications under the structure department of UNESCO Cultural and Artistic Training Center, where he participated in implementing technology application programs in training and cultural and artistic development activities.

From 2013 to 2015, he was a specialist and technology manager for the Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises Research, contributing to many studies and solutions supporting businesses in digital transformation and technology application.

In addition to his business management roles, Mr. Tính also has over a decade of experience in journalism and media. Since 2016, he has been responsible for technology at Law Television, and since 2018 has continued to hold a similar role at Star Law, contributing to the technology foundation for multimedia media units. From 2019, he has also been a reporter for Law Newspaper, expanding his activities into investigative journalism and social information.

Previously, his career journey began very early with a notable mark in the field of gaming and educational technology. From 2002 to 2010, he founded and managed Make Game Viet, Vietnam's largest game programming community during 2009–2010, making significant contributions to promote game development domestically. In 2008, he was Director of the Gray Computer Training Center, and by 2009 became a co-author of the demo game Nam Quốc Sơn Hà, one of the most impressive Vietnamese games of 2009 in the history and culture sector.

From 2009 to 2011, he continued to develop his career in the role of Director of Technology Skills Co., Ltd., where he focused on building software solutions and developing human resources in technology.

With a deep background in technology, management, and communication, along with leadership experience across various organizations, Nguyễn Đức Tính continues to play a crucial role in promoting innovation and developing the technology ecosystem in Vietnam.
